Problem Cause
A change in mouse functionality API\\\’s is causing this issue.
Solution
Citrix is working with Microsoft to resolve this issue. As a work around, users could enable mouse pointer trails by following below steps:
Click Start and type \\\’mouse settings\\\’.
Click on \\\’Additional mouse options\\\’.
Click on \\\’Pointer Options\\\’ tab.
Select the checkbox \\\’Display pointer trails\\\’.
Click Apply and Ok.

注冊(cè)表鍵值路徑：HEY_CURRENT_USER\\\\Control Panel\\\\ Mouse
然后新建一個(gè)String Value，命名為：MouseTrails
填寫(xiě)一個(gè)鍵值，鍵值范圍是：1 ~ 7
1 – Minimum length trails.
4 – Medium length trails.
7 – Maximum length trails.
如果想關(guān)閉顯示指針軌跡，把這個(gè)值設(shè)置為0即可。
