1.根據(jù)管局審核退回原因查看，貴單位原備案時，主體負(fù)責(zé)人信息填報的不是現(xiàn)在的法定代表人：祝崢榮；
2.通過工信部備案網(wǎng)站beian.miit.gov.cn 查詢，備案號：粵ICP備號已為空殼主體，由于空殼主體信息是無法操作修改主體負(fù)責(zé)人信息的，只能先向廣東管局申請注銷此空殼主體備案號后，再按照首頁-A-首次備案進(jìn)入，重新填寫提交首次新增備案申請；
3.空殼主體備案號注銷方式：您可下載廣東 注銷申請表，按表上說明填寫提交管局申請注銷，管局收到申請后一般5個工作日內(nèi)會注銷的，注銷申請表下載地址請參考：http://beian.vhostgo.com/docs.asp，“請仔細(xì)閱讀下載下來的填表說明，上面會告知如何填寫及提交管局的方法”；
